About Me

I am a passionate and results-driven Careers & Skills professional with extensive experience in careers guidance, project management, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and service development. Throughout my career, I have been committed to helping individuals of all ages achieve their potential by providing high-quality careers education, information, advice, and guidance that supports meaningful progression into education, training, and employment. I thrive on building strong partnerships with schools, employers, local authorities, and community organisations to create opportunities that improve outcomes and drive social mobility. My experience spans leading careers services for both young people and adults, developing high-performing teams, and delivering innovative programmes that produce measurable impact. In August 2026, I joined the Skills and Business Hub as Careers IAG Lead, where I lead the delivery of high-impact, data-driven careers guidance services, ensuring individuals have access to the support, insights, and opportunities needed to make informed career decisions and achieve positive outcomes. Prior to this, I spent 18 months at Seetec, where I successfully designed and launched a careers guidance programme from the ground up. In its first year alone, the programme engaged with 23 schools, establishing strong partnerships and creating a solid foundation for future growth and impact. I am particularly passionate about supporting disadvantaged and underrepresented individuals, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and access opportunities that can transform their futures. I believe that effective careers guidance has the power to change lives, and I am driven by the opportunity to make a lasting difference through strategic leadership, innovation, and collaboration.
