About Me

Currently, I support a highly diverse student body at Waterside Academy, Hackney, where I focus on social mobility and widening participation. My work includes developing and managing whole-school careers programmes, designing targeted interventions for underrepresented groups, and embedding employability skills into the curriculum. I am passionate about empowering young people to achieve their aspirations and am fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

My expertise spans programme and project management, stakeholder engagement, event and workshop delivery, and data-driven impact measurement. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centred advice and guidance, ensuring every individual I work with receives the support they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
