About Me

I really enjoy working with young people to enable them to understand themselves, their strengths and their potential to succeed out in the world of work. I see careers as a journey that young people need to be supported in finding the confidence, resources and knowledge to be able to navigate themselves. I am passionate about encouraging curiosity, resilience, adaptability and the courage to make mistakes. A strong work ethic and an open mind to explore their options should be enough for any young person to be able to push forward regardless of background or qualifications.
