About Me

I am a career and executive coach with an international Human Resources leadership (FCIPD) background, with multi-nationals including ExxonMobil and GE. I am an ACC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have more than 15 experience of partnering with 100's of clients from across private, public and charity sectors to secure new jobs successfullly and to change and pivot their careers to better match their dreams and values. I use the learning from my MA in Intercultural Communication as well as having lived and work abroad in France, Belgium and across EMEA, to further help you work successfully in today's multicultural work settings. 

My clients say that I have a supportive, caring approach whilst also being energising and professional. We explore new approaches to job search and careers together in a structured way and I frequently connect cilents with my own contacts in organisations for information gathering meetings which builds confidence. 

I am based near Manchester Airport for face to face meetings and frequently coach virtually via Zoom (or similar) across the UK and globally. I also love to deliver interactive career related webinars on a regular, weekly basis for a number of international people consultancies.
