About Me
I am highly knowledgeable about post-16 and post-18 education, apprenticeships, and employment options. I have extensive experience in the education sector, having worked in further education colleges, schools, independent training providers, and alternative provision. Proficient in the UCAS process with a speciality in career guidance around university options and assisting with writing amazing personal statements.
I also have extensive knowledge of SEND, Neurodiversity, EHCP annual reviews, NEETs, supporting transitions, Career Consultancy for ITPs - Creating a careers programme, building resources, managing Compass, and mapping from the ground up for an Independent Training Provider (ITP). Apprenticeships, UCAS, university applications, personal statements, Job applications and job search strategies, CV writing and cover letters for young people, CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and outboarding for adults. Career changers/breaks.
An advocate for supporting learners with SEND, neurodiversity, and supporting EHCP annual reviews/EOTAS. I am near the end of my Master's Degree in Career Development, with my project focusing on Career Journeys and ADHD.
