About Me
I am highly knowledgeable in post-16 and post-18 education, apprenticeships, and employment options. I have extensive experience in the education sector, having worked in further education colleges, schools, independent training providers, home education, and alternative provision.
Proficient in the UCAS process with a speciality in career guidance around university options and assisting with writing amazing personal statements. I hold professional memberships with the Career Development Institute (CDI) and adhere to their Code of Ethics, as well as the British Association of CV Writers (BAVCW).
I have extensive knowledge of SEND, neurodiversity, EHCPs, annual reviews, NEETs, supporting transitions, and career consultancy for ITPs. I have created a careers programme, built resources, managed Compass, and mapped careers from the ground up for an Independent Training Provider (ITP), enabling me to understand how differently ITPs operate.
