About Me

From leaving school at 16 with minimal qualifications and no direction Ruth carved her own career path within the world of recruitment, starting out in general administration and transitioning into sales, leadership and finally starting her own business in 2010. Ruth is a firm believer that there is “no wrong path” to take in your career and has helped many individuals find clarity in their purpose, identifying their own value and empowering them to make confident steps within their careers.

25 years after leaving education Ruth returned to academia and became a registered career professional through the Career Development & Coaching Studies masters programme at The University of Warwick.

Ruth uses her qualified approach as a career professional coupled with up-to-date and real-time labour market information to support individuals with career challenges. As an Enterprise Adviser for the Careers and Enterprise Company, she is passionate about supporting schools with career guidance, Percy Pig workshops and entrepreneurial studies are key projects she delivers regularly. 

Ruth can help coach individuals facing a career change/career transition and those looking to explore the world of self-employment and entrepreneurship alongside students and young people.
