About Me
I have been teaching for over 20 years. I have been consistently evaluated throughout my career as an ‘Ofsted rated’ outstanding teacher who is highly effective at inspiring students and delivering personalised, pupil centered learning. I currently work as a Head of Careers in a large independent school. I hold a Level 7 qualification in Careers Guidance, and a Senior Leadership qualification, which focused on increasing aspiration for Higher Education. I also work for the International Baccalaureate Organisation as a Curriculum Developer for Philosophy, am an accredited IBO Workshop Leader for Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay and Philosophy and as an examiner for both Philosophy and Theory of Knowledge. Active member of the International Association for College Counselling and part of the Mentoring scheme. Will be completing an MA in Careers Development & Guidance in January 2026.Method of delivery
