Planning4change is a small careers consultancy based in Warrington,Cheshire. It is owned and led by Rosie Morris - a passionate Careers Consultant with over 17 years experience working in the careers guidance sector. All our Advisers are trained to level 6 and have a vast amount of experience working in schools, colleges, universities and with private clients.

•  We offer bespoke packages to schools and colleges - in terms of consultancy around careers education programmes, staff inset, organising and running workshops, face to face careers guidance and motivational interviews, developing links with employers and organising careers events.
• We have in depth knowledge of local opportunities and are fully committed to keeping up to date with national initiatives in education and training.
• We also provide a service to individuals in terms of 1:1 guidance,applying to college/university, apprenticeships, job search techniques and self marketing.
