About Me
I’m a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP, Level 7) and hold a Master’s in Career Coaching from University College London, where I achieved a distinction. My academic background includes career theory, occupational psychology, and coaching practice. I’m also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and actively contribute to the professional development of organisational coaching.My coaching practice is enriched by extensive experience in local and regional government, where I’ve held senior roles shaping policy, organisational strategy, and advising leadership teams. I’ve led the design and delivery of internal coaching programmes, established multidisciplinary teams to tackle mission-led challenges, and developed career pathways and talent retention strategies within statutory organisations.
I’m licensed to use over 40 career exercises and profile questionnaires developed by Career Counselling Services. These tools allow me to offer clients deep insights into their professional identity and potential.
My research interests include organisational coaching, work identity, and cultivating coaching cultures within the public sector. I bring a wealth of knowledge from my Master’s studies on government skills, employment policy, and lifelong learning—insights that inform my coaching and help clients align their career ambitions with the evolving labour market.
