About Me
I am an experienced adviser and coach with a background spanning local, regional, and national government. Throughout my career I’ve focused on supporting people, improving organisational culture, and enabling better performance across public sector environments. I’ve held strategic and advisory roles across communications, policy, strategy, commissioning, and service delivery, working collaboratively with a wide range of partners. Over the past three years I have qualified as a Level 7 Registered Career Development Practitioner, completing an MSc in Career Coaching with distinction and receiving an award for innovative research. I now bring this specialist expertise into my coaching practice, offering leadership coaching, workshops on career self‑management, and tailored one‑to‑one career coaching.
