About Me

My own career has taken me through a number of different roles and countries, so I know that careers do not always follow a straightforward path. I have a postgraduate qualification in Career Guidance and Development and am a Registered Career Development Professional with the Career Development Institute. Alongside career development, I have extensive experience in learning and development, coaching and helping people recognise their strengths and identify areas for growth. I enjoy helping people make sense of where they are, explore possibilities they may not have considered and work out practical next steps. My approach is conversational and exploratory – I won't tell you what you should do, but I will help you ask good questions, investigate your options and make decisions that are right for you.
