About Me

After many years of volunteer mentoring and supporting colleagues with challenges at work I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Coaching and graduated in 2017. I have a Certificate in Youth Coaching and Mentoring and am a trained volunteer mentor with One Million Mentors. I enjoy working one to one with individuals seeking to develop in their roles and careers, supporting them to identify their talents and aspirations and explore how to maximise the opportunities available. My coaching conversations are always driven by the client; I use open questioning to encourage my clients to explore their aspirations and identify goals. This can be a broad exploratory conversation or a focused discussion on progressing towards your career goals.
