About Me

I currently work part-time for Complete-Careers LLP as a Senior Guidance Practitioner and CPD Lead. I provide personal guidance in schools across the Lincolnshire region, supporting young people with exploring their future options. Alongside guidance, I am the CPD Lead and manage our suite of professional courses and qualifications in collaboration with Priory Apprenticeships, including the Level 6 Career Development Professional Apprenticeship, L6 Career Leader Training and L4 Diploma, as well as offering bespoke CPD and consultancy. I am a qualified assessor and assess across all of our Level 6 Career Development programmes, as well as leading on the learner journey, progress reviews and strategic development. Finally, I am also enjoy working nationally as an Assessor for the Quality in Careers Standard (QiCS) via the Career Mark approach, supporting quality assurance of CEIAG programmes within a education settings.
