About Me
A highly skilled practitioner, with over 15 years experience working with schools, sixth form colleges and individuals. Passionate about making career guidance accessible for all, particularly those with special needs and from disadvantaged backgrounds. I have a particular interest in neurodiversity and intersectionality and am committed to providing access to individualised, high-quality guidance. I continually develop my practice through delivering one-to-one guidance sessions and groupwork in schools (both mainstream and special,) alongside holding a training and development role for a large team of guidance practitioners. I produce a termly company newsletter for my team of advisers, partner schools and colleges, containing events, opportunities, CIAG news articles and career spotlights.Method of delivery
