About Me
I am qualified Senior Careers Officer with over 10 years experience of working in Careers with students in mainstream, alternative provision and specialist settings. I have provided advice, support and guidance for students and advised Senior Leaders and governors too. I have specialist experience of working with students with SEND needs and those with barriers to post 16. I also have experience of working with NEET young people and supporting them to re-engage with education, employment and training opportunities. I have managed and overseen several careers departments in different schools and have led on the Careers Strategy and delivery of outstanding school careers programmes, which has been seen as best practice by Oftsed.
