Supporting Educational Institutions achieve the Gatsby Benchmark 8 - Personal Guidance, by offering quality Careers Guidance.

Helping Parents/ Carers with their child's educational, vocational and personal career development through tailored, holistic and flexible Careers Guidance sessions.

The 121 Careers Guidance can be offered in person (within South London areas) as well as remotely (all areas) e.g. video skype/zoom/teams, telephone. Guidance session times are flexible to work around the needs of the Young Person and the School e.g. blocked out time in agreement with the school, after school, evenings, weekends, term breaks, holidays and more. In addition, every Young Person receives an electronic copy of their personalised and agreed Careers Action Plan. Follow-up sessions can also be agreed.

MY BACKGROUND:

Qualified at Level 7 in Careers Guidance from London Southbank University with several counselling/ psychotherapy training experience in Transactional Analysis, Intergrative Counselling as well as Transformation Coaching Skills and a BSc Hons Degree in Psychology. Registered on the DBS Online Register and fully insured.

Qualified SEND Independent Supporter. Assessing, planning and reviewing Educational Health Care (EHC) Plans.

20+ years Career Development Practitioner experience in a variety of settings e.g. London Schools, Sixth Forms, FE Colleges, HE, Connexions Service, Local Councils, Private and Voluntary Sectors including mental health, homeless and housing charities.

International Educational development having lived and attended educational establishments in Europe & USA. Fluent in the German Language. Graduate of an International School achieving the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
