About Me

I hold the Postraduate Diploma in Careers Advice and Guidance and as a member of the CDI, uphold the CDI code of ethics as a professional practitioner.

Until 2019, I worked at a large 6th form college in Hampshire as joint head of careers. I currently work at Truro High School for Girls in Cornwall and on a freelance basis (virtually), supporting school and college pupils (13-19) with their career ambitions and decisions.

I have worked in education for over 20 years, intially as a teacher and lecturer and then as a Careers Adviser. I have worked in a range of settings including the state and independent school sectors. I also have experience working in HE as a University Lecturer.
