Penny McCartney – Career Development Professional | Tutor | Assessor | Supervisor | Career Guidance Consultant I am a Registered Career Development Professional with extensive experience across the education, careers, and employability sectors. I recently completed a Master’s in Career Development at the University of the West of England, where my research focused on the supervision experiences of career professionals—a subject I’m passionate about and always happy to discuss. Currently, I work as a Tutor and Assessor supporting the Level 6 QCF Diploma/Apprenticeship in Career Development, helping the next generation of career professionals thrive. Alongside this, I deliver freelance Career Guidance and work on school contracts through the Education Development Trust (EDT).
