About Me

I am a career coach with a Masters’ degree in Career Management and Coaching. I have worked as a career development professional for 20 years, in Secondary, Further and Higher education. Today I work with adults at every stage for their career journey.

My focus is the world of work and the challenges for individuals of a changing labour market. As a midlife career changer, I have experienced the trials and rewards of recreating my own working life. I understand that making sense of career decisions can be complex and take time.  The process can be energising and the rewards of self-confidence, self-worth, and resilience long lasting. 

A working life cannot be evaulated in isolation and I am interested in peoples's career stories in the context of their wider lives. I employ a wide range of techniques and models to meet clients where they are and work in ways that are meaningful for them.
