About Me
Graduating from an MSc Occupational Psychology in 2018, I can offer consultation and advice on training needs, recruitment and keeping employee motivations high.
Having conducted research into 'job fit' and organisational change, I'm confident in my ability to create effective support plans in conjunction with employers.
Additionally I offer direct employability support, from creating a CV, application processes and guidance on next steps in both careers and education. Educational guidance includes individual pathway mapping
