I was delighted and honoured to be named one of 50 ‘Edruptors’ globally by ISC Research for influential, innovative and disruptive educational practice.I deliver CPD globally on a range of topics, including AI and technology in education, school leadership, academic and pastoral development, data to drive student progress and wellbeing as well as school systems, partnerships, marketing and logistics. I am involved at the strategic level of school leadership and educational policy creation, consulting on policy for schools and governing bodies worldwide.

As a proud Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), I support the work of the organisation to advocate for practical solutions to social challenges. As well as being a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT), I am a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL).
