I am a committed and passionate Careers Adviser and Careers Lead working within an alternative provision school and the wider community, dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred careers education, information, advice, and guidance. I take pride in supporting young people to recognise their strengths, explore opportunities, and make informed choices about their futures.With a particular focus on SEND learners and young people at risk of becoming NEET, I strive to remove barriers and create meaningful, achievable pathways into education, training, and employment.
