An experienced and trusted Careers professional committed to delivering effective and inclusive programmes, with tailored 1:1 support to enable clarity and informed decision-making.

Level 7 qualified Registered Career Development Professional and Careers Leader with extensive experience gained through working exclusively for schools or with a large portfolio of 50+ schools and colleges across the region.

Able to work strategically to deliver effective and inclusive CEIAG programmes to drive whole-school improvement and employer engagement, meet the Gatsby Benchmarks and ensure Ofsted readiness and compliance with statutory requirements - very happy to mentor and nurture new colleagues and Careers Leaders to fully embrace their role.

Or, using a different approach and skillset, I can offer more tailored support, working with smaller groups or 1:1 with young people, to explore their strengths, uncover their drivers and deliver personal guidance to help them take their next steps and find their future. Fully inclusive, I welcome working with mainstream or neurodiverse clients, potential NEETS, home educated and non-attenders - meeting them where they are and supporting them to understand our fast-changing world.
