About Me

My career has been built around helping people identify opportunities, overcome challenges and achieve positive change. Before moving into career development, I spent 12 years in financial services and have also worked in community-based roles supporting individuals facing a wide range of personal, social and employment-related challenges.

As a former Royal Navy veteran, I have a particular interest in supporting the Armed Forces community and understand first-hand the complexities of career transition. Alongside my professional role, I am actively involved in the charitable sector as a trustee and volunteer, reflecting my commitment to service and community engagement.

Colleagues and clients often describe me as approachable, supportive and well-connected. I enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities through networking and helping people recognise their potential. My professional practice is underpinned by the CDI Code of Ethics, evidence-informed guidance and a genuine belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality career development support.
