About Me
Founder and Managing Director of Ideas4Careers UK Ltd, established 2012. Our organisation provides career guidance and employability services to schools and colleges including SEND and inclusion units. In addition to this, we provide consultancy and assessment of the national Quality in Careers Standard for educational establishments wishing to gain accreditation for good careers provision.
Michelle has over 25 years experience as a career development professional and is QCF Level 7 in Career Guidance. She is an Associate of the International Centre for Guidance Studies and Fellow of the RSA for Employment and Skills. Our team of guidance practitioners are qualified to at least Level 6 and are on the CDI national register. We are matrix accredited for information, advice and guidance.
