As a Level 6 qualified Careers Advisor with over eight years of experience in the Special Educational Needs sector, alongside being a qualified teacher, I am dedicated to supporting young people and their families in achieving successful post-16 outcomes. I have extensive experience working with students with SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, and a wide range of additional learning needs, providing tailored guidance that is both compassionate and person-centred. My approach is built on developing trusting relationships, empowering young people to recognise their strengths, to build confidence, and make informed decisions about their future pathways.
