Mary Fudge PG Dip (Careers Coaching, Assoc. CIPD, RCDP is passionate about helping individuals reach their work and career potential. She has 25 years experience working in many different contexts offering one to one careers guidance and managing guidance programmes and student initiatives including Further Education, Universities and Schools

Mary is the Careers Advisor at Lewisham College leading their Careers Service secondary school offering careers advice to students and parents about Post 16 and Post 18 career options including subject choice, UCAS/university, College and Apprenticeships/Employment. Mary has an evening private practice offering Careers Development Coaching to adults in SE London or nationally via Zoom. Mary's work experience includes working with private clients, in schools and as a Student Support Manager in a further and higher education college. She also has experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, in Human Resources and Work Based Learning organisations delivering programmes for unemployed adults. Mary has experience of successfully preparing for quality inspections including Ofsted, Matrix and Investors in People. Mary holds a BA Hons in Social Science & Administration from Goldsmiths', University of London. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Coaching, OCR Level 6 in Careers Guidance and Development and is a registered MBTI assessor with OPP.
