I am currently the Head of Careers and Aspirations at The Bourne Academy in Bournemouth. I hold a Level 6 Certificate in Career Leadership and bring a strong background as a senior manager within Local Authority SEND services. This experience enables me to combine a deep understanding of both mainstream education and SEND provision in my approach to career development and guidance.I’m passionate about supporting young people of all abilities to explore their options and reach their potential through high-quality careers education and guidance.
