Hi, I am Marta, Career Coach and HR Consultant. I enjoy helping senior professionals, executives and engineers who are in career transition to find their next job in an international or national job market.

In 2011 I created International Career Development with the objective of helping senior professionals and executives to find their next career opportunity through my career development programme.

My career services include:

1️⃣ Consultancy in career development: the career development programme focuses on 5 areas that will help you to find a new job position in the international or national job market

2️⃣ Design and implementation of training programmes about career management and soft skills for consultancies, business schools and universities.

With a background in human resources in the UK, I work as a global mobility consultant, ICF Coach and career trainer for International Business & Technology Schools and Universities. I am based in Barcelona ( Spain) but my availability can be local, national or international.
