About Me

My mission is to help motivated individuals to understand their unique blend of strengths, qualities and characteristics that no one else has, which they can use as a foundation to find and be in control of a purpose driven career in an ever changing world of work. This will serve as a platform for them to truly express who they are.

I am an experienced Careers Adviser with nearly 20 years of expereince. Based in the UK near Brighton  I spend most of my week in schools and colleges across London and the South East, delivering 1-1 interviews and small group sessions. I am qualified to interpret Morrisby psychometric reports.

I am also a qualified Life Coach as I felt it was vital to have the tools to take a holistic approach to career guidance. For my consultancy work in schools, I was awarded Youth Coach of the Year 2015 by the Coaching Academy, the largest Life Coach training organisation in Europe.

I also offer careers advice and coaching programmes for adults and students both in the UK and internationally. Career guidance can take place over the phone or by video link, so distance is no problem. 

My work has taken me as far as Eastern Europe and the USA.
