About Me

I am an experienced Careers Adviser with over 25 years of experience. Based in the UK near Brighton, my work has taken me as far as Eastern Europe and the USA. I spend most of my week in schools and colleges across London, the South East and The Netherlands, delivering 1-1 interviews and small group sessions. I am qualified to interpret Morrisby psychometric reports. I am the co host of the BBC Bitesize Careers Podcast and contribute to several articles on the BBC careers website. I am also a qualified Life Coach and therefore take a holistic approach to career guidance. For my consultancy work in schools, I was awarded Youth Coach of the Year 2015 by the Coaching Academy, the largest Life Coach training organisation in Europe. I also offer careers advice and coaching programmes for adults and students both in the UK and internationally. I am an associate with the Career Innovation Company, running career development webinars for employees of large organisations. My mission is to help motivated individuals to understand their unique blend of strengths, qualities and characteristics that no one else has, which they can use as a foundation to find and be in control of a purpose driven career in an ever changing world of work.
