About Me

Alpha Careers is a vibrant organization established on a proven track record of over 20 years of experience drawn from management within both commercial and public sectors.
We have over 20 years' experience working with young people (aged 11-25) in a range of settings and we've been delivering high quality impartial and independent careers advice, guidance and advocacy services including Labour Market Information to individuals, mainstream, Pupil referral units and SEN schools and colleges for over 20 years. We keep the student at the centre of our work and offer a holistic service which is a pragmatic, open and flexible person-centred approach.
Alpha Careers prides itself on its staff and their commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to offer the best opportunities to each client.
All our staff are fully qualified. Copies of their qualifications can be supplied on request but include Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development, Motivational Coaching, Life Coaching, Mentoring and Psychometric Testing.
Alpha Careers staff have a vast experience of working with schools to meet the demands of an Ofsted Inspection in meeting the requirements of independent and impartial careers Guidance. We are also able to support schools in reaching the Gatsby Benchmarks.

We also have extensive experience of delivering Group works for either Careers or Raising Aspirations – We have also successfully organised and delivered many Careers Fairs for schools.
