About Me
I am an award winning Masters qualified Careers and Student Experience Practitioner and Manager/Director having been a Director of Connexons, HE and SEND Manager in regional Careers Companies and a University Student Experience manager, where I created and led the student Experience including CEIAG leading to 100% Employability, HESA, leading the NSS in 2006, 8, 9, 10, and 12 and managing a range of services from the Students' Union to Resident Management to Erasmus/Erasmus +, Community Engagement working in partnership with over 100 student societies, over 180 nationalities and over 80 communities and organizations such as TVP. My role included the management of around 120 events p/a including Graduation Balls, Management and creation of mechanisms for the Student Voice and creation and Development of the Universities CEIAG and PDP programmes. In my present role I have consistently achieved 100% in all 8 Gatsby bench marks and 79% employability for SEND young people. I work with over 80 companies and organizations p/a developing programmes and partnerships that made us New Curriculum, Equalex and Modern Work Experience compliant for a number of years. Industry management experience includes the Hospitality, Service, Warehouse, Retail and Education Services managing teams of up to 60 and multimillion pound budgets.Method of delivery
