About Me
I have over 10 years experience working as a career development practitioner and over seven years working in recruitment. Through that time I have been through many transisitions within my career, including two maternity leaves, redundnacy and career change. I am passionate about empowering people to make effective career descisions which positively impact them, their family and their whole life. More recently I have taken ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring to support my PGDIP in Guidance and QCG.
