I hold Registered Career Development Professional along with an MSC in Occupational Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
I am currently studying for a Phd in Organisational Health & Wellbeing. I specialise in Stress & Resilience and offer a bespoke approach to your career development.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation having training in Executive, Business & personal coaching.
I am a qualified teacher & trainer having taught Business & Management to undergraduate level & I hold a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education.
I have over 30 years experience working at Director & Management level in the private, public & charity sectors. In addition, I have made several changes in career direction, become a fulltime mature student and set up my own business. I have also set up and run a Social Enterprise.
