About Me

I am a Neurodiversity Career Specialist and Coach supporting neurodivergent professionals to succeed at work and build sustainable, fulfilling careers. My work focuses on how neurodivergence shapes career development, workplace experience and progression. I support individuals to understand their strengths, needs and work preferences, develop effective strategies, and navigate career decisions with greater confidence. I also work with organisations to create more neuroinclusive workplaces and management practices. I am a Registered Career Development Professional (CDI) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with an MSc in Occupational Psychology (BPS accredited). I am currently undertaking doctoral research exploring the career narratives of late-diagnosed neurodivergent women and how workplace experiences influence career pathways. I bring over 30 years’ experience across the public, private and third sectors, including Director-level roles, career coaching, organisational development and social enterprise leadership. Alongside professional expertise, I draw on lived experience and research to provide an informed, practical and compassionate approach to neurodivergent career development.
