About Me
I have extensive experience of the delivery of careers guidance both as a consultant for the past 20 years but also as a trainer and assessor of a range of careers guidance professional qualifications. Alongside 1:1 careers guidance for individuals, I also deliver workshops to trainee careers advisers on a range of topics including guidance interview techniques, LMI and working with young people with LDD.
I am trained to deliver Morrisby psychometric testing and use this as a basis for ongoing careers coaching.
