About Me

I am Lis McGuire, a registered (and proud) career development professional (RCDP) who helps people gain clarity and confidence to take their next steps. Through my career guidance and coaching services, I help people tell their story, reflect on where they are, and where they want to be. After working with me, people often say things are clearer, they feel more motivated, and more confident to take next steps. I work with people of all ages - school students and leavers, graduates, and people who are in the middle of their career too. Anyone who is wondering where they are, how they got there, what they want their career to look like (in all its forms) and how to move forward. My services include: Personal career guidance and career coaching (face-to-face, via telephone or Zoom) Career education group work (for schools and charities) CV writing and support I hold a Qualification in Career Guidance (QCG) (Level 7) qualification alongside an MA in Career Management, completed at Canterbury Christ Church University in January 2019. I abide by the CDI Code of Ethics and am committed to my ongoing training and continuous professional development.
