About Me

I am a dedicated, impartial Careers Adviser with over Ten years’ experience of delivering quality and meaningful, person centred Careers Guidance support to young people, including those in  schools and training provider Institutions as well as supporting Job Centres and local community establishments to support their customers with looking at their next steps and potential career pathways. Quality Impartial Careers Guidance and support has been imbedded in all of the roles I have held over my career working with young people. This has supported many young people to go on and follow their chosen career pathway or has helped them to clarify otherwise unsure career pathways and help achieve their career aspirations. 

Essex Youth Service is a leading provider of Careers, information advice and guidance for young people in Essex. In line with legislation, we hold MATRIX Accreditation and staff across the team are all qualified to the QCF Level 6 Diploma in Guidance and Development.
