About Me
I have experience of working with clients in secondary education, including mainstream, alternative provision and SEND. I also have extensive experience working with students in Grammar schools to support them with their decisions after 6th form into higher education and apprenticeships. Experienced in delivery and guidance with Psychometric tests including Morrisby. Working with clients individually to support them with career decisions and in groups. Proficient in delivering presentations both in person and virtually, and as part of the ASK programme. I was a Lead Careers Adviser in Bucks and in 2021- 2023, the Project Co-ordinator with Skill Up Bucks, an ESF project linking individuals, education and learning providers and employers. I am also a professional coach having completed a level 7 programme with Henley Business School in 2020.Method of delivery
