About Me

I am an Independent Careers Guidance Advisor and former corporate leader. I help students, schools, and professionals achieve their goals across Berks, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Bucks. My goal is simple: I want every young person to have fair access to great, high quality career advice. I challenge stereotypes, build confidence, and teach essential life skills. I prefer meeting clients in person, but I can also meet online or by phone. Services Offered: Careers Guidance: I provide one-to-one and group advice for students, families, and adults. School Support: I help schools use the Gatsby Benchmarks (a framework for good career guidance), local job market data, and employer connections. Specialist Support: I work closely with students who have SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) or EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans). I also support children in care, home-schooled students, and young people at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). My Background Education: I worked as a Careers Lead and Advisor in a large school trust. I ran career events, life skills programs, and workshops. Business: I served as a Business Development Director for a global professional services firm, where I focused on technology and telecoms clients and co-led a national entrepreneurship program. I have worked in large corporate companies, mid-tier firms, and SMEs, and I have a range of skills and experience encompassing Project Management, Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Program Management, Global Account Management, and Contracts. Community: I volunteer my time and skills as a Charity Trustee for a small charity supporting children with complex, life changing and life limiting conditions and disabilities, and I am a local Scouting Leader.
