About Me

An established career and executive coach with over 20 years organisational experience within leadership roles in the public sector as a senior lawyer, HR Operations Manager. Training Manager and Senior Assurance Manager. Recently qualified as a positive psychology practitioner and coach and use strengths, authenticity, positive emotions, resilience and motivation to support my clients in their career planning and career transitions. I have also been trained at level 7 to offer coaching supervision to executive and career coaches. I am passionate about helping people make the best choices for themselves, whether as first careers, new career directions and progression inside and beyond their existing organisation. I have proven skills in training and supporting staff and stakeholders through the introduction of major legislative change. I deliver transition and career coaching face to face, online or by telephone and can support the development of CVs, completion of job applications and interview preparation by these methods and via email. I have worked with people adjusting to self-employment, re-energising their businesses or transitioning to retirement as well as those facing redundancy or new management through company administration. I have undertaken two years of counselling skills training so understand the interface between coaching and counselling, how to help individuals settle their priorities and the restorative use of coaching supervision.
