As a qualified Careers Adviser and Sixth Form Coordinator at Education South West, I am passionate about supporting young people to explore their aspirations and take confident, informed steps toward their future. I use a range of tailored approaches—including one-to-one guidance, group workshops, employer engagement, and digital platforms—to inspire students, help them develop their ideas, and support them in creating clear, actionable plans. I enjoy working collaboratively with students, staff, and external partners to build meaningful pathways into higher education, apprenticeships, and employment, always adapting my approach to meet the individual needs of each learner.

As a reflective practitioner, I am committed to continually developing my own practice to ensure I provide the highest quality careers support.
