About Me
My professional background spans careers guidance, adult education, employability, teaching, student support, safeguarding, volunteer project management and programme coordination across the public, private, and voluntary sectors.I am passionate about delivering inclusive, person-centred guidance that empowers individuals to recognise their strengths, make informed decisions, and achieve positive outcomes. I have particular experience supporting adults facing multiple barriers to learning and employment, including those with additional support needs and complex personal circumstances.
As a qualified professional with a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development, a Level 6 Certificate in Careers Leadership, and currently completing the Level 6 Professional Certificate - Supporting Clients with Additional Needs, I am committed to maintaining high professional standards and continually developing my practice. Alongside my careers guidance role, I lead on safeguarding, volunteer management, quality improvement activities, and the monitoring of careers guidance services against recognised quality standards, including Matrix, Gatsby and Ofsted requirements.
I believe that effective careers guidance can transform lives by helping people increase their confidence, broaden their horizons, and take ownership of their future. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to realise their potential and make meaningful career decisions.
