I’m the Careers Leader at Victoria School, where I’m passionate about helping students discover their strengths, explore opportunities, and build confidence in their future pathways. With a strong commitment to inclusive and aspirational guidance, I lead our careers programme to ensure every young person receives high-quality support tailored to their individual goals.

I work closely with staff, employers, and external partners to bring real-world experiences into the classroom, connect learning to life, and prepare students for the fast-changing world of work. Whether it's through career workshops, employer encounters, or one-to-one guidance, my focus is always on empowering students to make informed, ambitious choices.
