Following a successful career as a Royal Navy Dental Officer, I now have a proven track record as a caring, tenacious and thorough Head of Careers and Higher Education in a top-ranked, large independent senior school and sixth form. With excellent communication and organisational skills, and a natural ability to influence at all levels,
I have recently achieved my Postgraduate Diploma in Career Guidance and Development and regularly support young people with careers advice, education, information and guidance outside of my main role - I have particular specialist knowledge in applications to UK universites including to Oxford, Cambridge, the medical professions and veterinary science. I also offer interview coaching and have a wide range of resources available for all aspects of careers and Higher Education that I can provide and signpost.
