I'm an Organisational Development Consultant committed to advancing careers and nurturing growth. My expertise lies in transforming workforces, developing leadership, and meticulously designing career pathways. I'm renowned (so I'm told) for shaping the skills and careers landscapes of Creative Media, Digital Publishing, and Trade Unions. Navigating the intersection of creativity and employability, I bring a strategic approach to partnering with businesses and individuals. My portfolio includes not only providing career consultation and CV writing services but also sharing these skills through outplacement programs and employability lectures. With a diverse skill set covering global sales development and career coaching, I offer a unique perspective on how businesses can thrive by investing in talent growth. I'm honoured to be a part of the Animation Skills Council since 2019 and to serve as a Director on the Board of Access:VFX since 2023 to contribute valuable insights and consultancy across Animation, VFX, Games, and TV & Film. As an Independent Contractor, I offer consultative OD support to various sectors, complemented by a touch of career coaching. I've led impactful initiatives for notable organisations, from Blue Zoo Animation and Sage Publishing to Unite the Union – covering everything from needs assessment to workshop delivery.
