Kate Mansfield

About Me

Kate a Director at Career Counselling Services. She is a qualified Career Coach trained by CCS, and supported by an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and a Postgraduate Diploma in Career & Talent Management. Kate is also a qualified Coach Supervisor with Oxford Brookes. 

Kate has a portfolio of career related work including:

One to one career coaching for professionals. Services vary from career development within role to career change. Particular specialisms and areas of interest include working with women at mid to senior levels; and coaching HR professionals. 

Designing and delivering career development programmes for organisations across both private and public sector organisations in the UK and internationally.

Train the Trainer. A lot of experience in training in-house employees in career coaching tools and how to have career conversations. 

Kate is also a Lead Tutor on Career Counselling Services Accredited Career Coach Training course. 

Strengths based coaching for individuals and teams using the Strengthscope tool. 

Kate’s earlier career included 13 years in executive level HR and Interim Management recruitment. After a short career break to have her own family, Kate realised her passion and purpose helping individuals to find rewarding and fulfilling careers, and enabling organisations to create the climates in which individuals can further their careers whilst also benefitting the organisation.
