About Me

With over 35 years in business management, training/HR development, adolescent career coaching, and grief counselling, I am passionate about my work. I love what I do, which is reflected in the successes I have with my clients.

My work is under-pinned by a number of career theories. I use valid and reliable resources, and have created my own range of unique resources. My case-based, solutions-focused approach adheres to the tenets of unconditional positive regard.

I am recognised as a successful facilitator of workshops/group training in schools, including in indigenous and special education contexts.

I am a professional member of the Career Development Institute (CDI), in the UK.

I regularly engage in professional development and am currently training with the Sonder Training Group, completing a Mini-Diploma. This is helping me to refresh my knowledge of career theories and practice my coaching techniques with fellow candidates.

My adherence to the professional codes of conduct and ethics is absolute and allows me to most effectively support all of my clients.
