About Me

With a background in Human Resources and Learning & Development, I've recently changed the focus of my career by completing the Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Career Development with Nottingham Trent University.  

I love enabling people to be the best they can, enabling them to achieve their potential, dreams and objectives.  If I can support them, listen, be a sounding board, identify solutions, point them in the right direction, think of them when it matters most, make a connection for them – I feel fulfilled.  It’s what I loved most during my time at Barclays, Mercedes-Benz/ DaimlerChrysler and continues to be important to me in my Careers role.  

My main focus is on young people (years 7-13) at the start of their career journey and supporting them in identifying and navigating their own career journey.   I am also happy to support anyone wanting to explore career ideas at any stage of their career.
