About Me

Jordan is a dad and husband, musical theatre, dog and travel enthusiast, from Australia who calls North London home. Having worked in HR for around 20 years, he has extensive experience in People Strategy & Analytics, as well as leadership. Today, his work is balanced between Career Coaching and as Head of Culture at Rolls Royce.

He has experience working and leading in companies from headcounts of 25 to 450,000, across Consulting, Technology, FMCG, Financial Services and Engineering. He started his career in Australia as a Learning and Development advisor before moving into the world of people analytics and strategy as a consultant at Infohrm. Relocating to the United Kingdom as the practice leader for SuccessFactors following its acquisition of Infohrm, he lead the Workforce Analytics and Planning team for Europe the Middle East and Africa. He joined IBM to lead the Talent Analytics consulting capability in Europe, while working globally, and leading engagements focused on analytics, planning and the emerging area of AI in HR.
From IBM, he had the opportunity to build and lead the People Analytics Function at Nestle. globally, from Switzerland. We were responsible for the end to end application of evidence lead decision making in HR, from governing data standards, to creating and deploying globally standard business intelligence solutions, delivering analytics projects across all markets and businesses as well as managing the annual and strategic planning cycles and the mechanisms by which we collect and use employee insights to shape culture, create strategy and drive action towards great employee experiences and business outcomes. Returning to the UK, he joined the London Stock Exchange Group to build and lead the same function, adding responsibility for organisation design and effectiveness.
Most recently his career enables him to pursue both passions, for supporting people to steer their careers as a coach at AnyRoad Coaching and support business leaders at Rolls Royce to make bigger and better impact on employee and business outcomes with evidence lead people strategy and aligned culture.
