About Me
I am a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) with over 30 years' experience supporting adults to navigate career change, learning, and employment decisions across Ireland and Northern Ireland. I hold a Higher Diploma in Adult Guidance and Counselling (Level 8, NUI Maynooth) and postgraduate qualifications in coaching, mentoring, and teaching. I am a BPS-qualified Psychometric Testing Assessor (Levels A & B).I work primarily with individuals who face barriers to work or education, including people with convictions, adults aged 50+ returning to employment, disabled and neurodivergent learners, and adults returning to education. My experience spans specialist employability services, accredited programme design, and disability support in further education and training.
I offer one-to-one career guidance, CV and application support, interview preparation, and structured career-planning workshops. My approach is ethical, evidence-informed, and practical: I focus on asking the right questions, providing clear labour-market insight, and helping clients build confidence, direction, and achievable next steps.
