About Me
I am a Registered Career Development Professional with a background in psychological wellbeing. After many years working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the NHS, I transitioned into career development to support people in making informed decisions about their education, careers and future aspirations.I am passionate about empowering individuals to recognise their strengths, explore opportunities and develop the confidence to make decisions that are right for them. My approach is person-centred, impartial and underpinned by the CDI Code of Ethics.
I am committed to continuous professional development and look forward to developing my practice while helping young people build the career management skills they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.
